We've been doing business with Butler Heating & Air Conditioning for, well, I couldn't tell you how many years-- and they've always been prompt. Whenever we need help--in good weather or bad--their technicians always take care of what we need taken care of. They are friendly and, at this point, we wouldn't use anyone else. Most recently they performed a check on our furnace and changed the filter. We were also having problems with the water heater, so the technician did take a look and quoted us a new price. But we didn't purchase from them because we thought we could find it elsewhere for a lower price.
